    Lee Reid, Jr. (NSP-approved developer)
    Lee Reid Jr., AIA, is President of Revere Properties, LP, a real estate development, architectural, facility management and construction company, representing the organization by providing leadership, broad program development, technical, and management skills. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry, Lee offers expertise in project development, architectural design, urban planning, construction, and facilities management, strategic consulting and program management services to private, corporate, non-profit and institutional clients.

    Wrap architecture is a full service architectural firm that strives to cultivate safe, supportive, and sustainable communities. The bulk of its work is and has been community based, from affordable housing to commercial and institutional projects. Wrap has a long history of incorporating innovative design and technologies into its projects, to produce comfortable, durable, resource and energy efficient buildings. Wrap is sensitive to the fact that its clients tend to be long-term owners of the projects that they develop, and believes that the projects should serve those long-term interests.

    Gallery Guichard
    Andre and France Guichard

    Andre Guichard is an artist, curator, and co-owner of Gallery Guichard Fine Art. Guichard has been painting professionally for twenty-years. His works can be found in over 1000 corporate and private collections nationally and internationally. As the former curator of the South Shore Cultural Center, from 1999 to 2004, Andre was responsible for creating a community gallery, holding fine art exhibitions to expose artists and their artwork to the South Shore community.

    Frances Guichard is the business manager and co-owner of Gallery Guichard Fine Art Gallery located in the Bronzeville community approximately a mile from the site. She is also and project manager of the Guichard Project. Gallery Guichard holds exhibitions every two to three months sending over 50,000 invitations, through innovative marketing strategies, and hosting at least 300 exhibit attendees throughout the course of the exhibit.

    Near Northwest Arts Council
    Laura Weathered

    Laura is the Executive Director of Near Northwest Arts Council (NNWAC), a nationally known community-based artist-directed organization dedicated to sharing resources to build community. Laura is a practicing artist, curator and the developer of the award-winning Bloomingdale Arts Building a 25- unit live work artists’ community in Bucktown. NNWAC is one of only three artist housing developments nationwide that developed artist owned space. The project succeeded in three major goals: to avoid the displacement in the face of dynamic gentrification, to limit the effect of increasing property taxes, and to insure sustainable artist community with durable, green construction.

    Julia Perkins

    Julia Perkins, principal/chief strategist of MBMD, has over 20 years experience in strategic planning, marketing, nonprofit management and audience engagement. She has an established reputation within the field and is recognized for her expertise in breaking down complex organizational issues, analyzing them, and strategically and creatively developing solutions. MBMD has work with a myriad of arts and culture organization, many that are located in the Bronzeville neighborhood and surrounding areas.
